Design / Design Assurance of New Build Pressure Equipment including, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and Pipework to International Codes and Standards including PD5500, ASME VIII Div. 1 & 2, EN 13445, API 620/650, TEMA, ASME B31.3.
Details:
• Design or Verification of Pressure Vessels to many pressure vessel codes (PD 5500, ASME VIII Div. 1 & 2, BS EN 13445, AS1210, etc.),
• Design, assessment and re-rating of Storage Tanks to API 620, API 650, API 653 and BS 2654 (BS EN 14015),
• Assessment of Pipework, review of pipe classes and general advice on ASME B31.3,
• Drafting capabilities to produce General Arrange, Layout and Detail Drawings for Pressure Vessels and Pipework.
• Piping and Valve Specification update or re-write
Asset integrity and fitness for service
Design, Integrity and Fitness for Service for In-Service Pressure Equipment operating in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Power Industries. Level 1, 2 & 3 Assessments to International Codes and Standards including API 579, API 510, API 570, API 653 and BS 7910.
• Level I & II assessments to API 579-1/ASME FFS-1 using in house software,
• Level III assessments to API 579-1/ASME FFS-1 using Linear and/or non-Linear Finite Element Analysis (FEMDesigner/Abaqus),
• Fitness for Service & re-rating of in-service equipment to original design codes,
• Life Extension Assessments of Pressure Plant and Systems (Fatigue Life, Corrosion Rates/Allowances),
• Risk Based Assessment/Inspection of Pressure Equipment, including Chairing of RBA sessions or Project Management of larger scopes,
• Assessments of Vessels, Pipework & Tanks to API 510, API 570 & API 653.
